"As I pull into driveways or over speed bumps, there's a quiet creak emanating from somewhere in the interior." Senior Editor Ron Kiino noticed this noise as well and believes he solved the mystery. "The annoying cabin creak, most prevalent when subjecting the Tucson to slight chassis twist, seems to be coming from the trim around and under the panoramic sunroof. I don't recall experiencing this squeaky gremlin in Tucsons with the standard metal roof. Overall, the Tucson's structure feels solid."
